I always get excited when I see that Callie Harper has a new book coming out! I love her books and know that I can count on a scorching hot read. Once again she has delivered with Unbelievable. This time with Colton, Colt, oldest of the Kavanagh brothers and CEO of Kavanaugh Industries. Right from the opening scene of Unbelievable you are going to be catapulted into one heck of a smoking mess.Colt is visiting the site where he going to build a resort. It’s located on the Southern Coast of Oregon and this project is met with resistance from an environmental group. Caroline, whose bakery is going to be demolished, has joined forces with this group and somehow ended up appointed as the spokesperson for the group.
When Colt approaches this group of protestors, chained to the fence, he meets the feisty, defiant Caroline. Not only does Caroline spunky attitude surprise Colt but let’s say her presence in a somewhat compromising position gets him a little hot under the collar. Sparks definitely fly and their attraction was pretty obvious too. With Colt’s interest piqued in this little dynamo how is going to pursue this?
I loved how relentless Colt was in his quest for Caroline. I could also see how Caroline was so leery of Colt too. Here was Colt the cocky, arrogant, sexy CEO of a billion-dollar company and she was a small town girl who ran her own bakery and had raised her two siblings.
As a man who always got his way, Colt was able to finagle a trip to Fuji with Caroline for them to do some research on an eco-friendly resort. On this trip to Fuji the unbelievable happens when their plane crash lands into the ocean leaving them stranded on an uninhabited island. It’s while they are on this island that the Alpha, caveman Colt gets the chance to make Caroline his own. Their time together was insanely hot and I don’t mean the temperature either!
After their rescue and upon returning home Caroline finds her bakery shop has been demolished. Devastated she blames Colt and questions whether the trip to Fuji was all a ploy to do this while they were gone. Defeated and saddened by the turn of events she withdraws from Colt.
Can Caroline ever forgive Colt for the loss of her bakery?
Would Colt be able to win Caroline heart?

Wow. This book is awesome. Colt is every girl's dream. I loved the other books in the series but I now believe this is my new favorite. I would like to have Colt on my own private island. I love it. I am now looking forward to Gigi's story.
Baked goods...a lot of action inside the bedroom and out! Fun hot read. This kinda reminded me of sugar rush story and characters kinda alike. But otherwise I'm glad I picked it up
Callie Harper has done it again and Colt was worth the wait. Oh I love this story. I am having a really hard time choosing between the brothers. They are all kinds of hot!! Thank you Callie. I cannot wait for Gigi and Dom!!!
I loved Colt and Caroline story. It brings two different worlds together and Colt is supposed to be Caroline s enemy because his company wants to tear down her bakery and other stores. It starts with her chained to fence and Colt has other ideas to do with Caroline. Need to read it, I think you will like it.
Colt & Caroline are so sexy & sweet together. He's the sexy, commanding CEO of the company threatening to raze hers and other businesses in a small southern Oregon town to make way for his newest resort. She's the sweet, sassy baker protesting at the soon to be demolition site. He takes one look at her handcuffed to the fence with her wrists above her head and it's game on.
I loved Unbelievable so much that now I have to read the previous books and am impatiently waiting for Dom and Gigi's story!
This book was just so perfect in every way...Wow, hot sex, great dialogue, strong h, great storyline, but it was the love the H shows the h that really got to me.
Everything moved along at a great pace and very little angst.
The h, Caroline, used the word unbelievable just once to describe the H, Colt and he truly was....I loved his family and have already purchased the other books..you will fall in love with Colt...a good romance book should make that happen.
Colt is a billionaire and a baron. Caroline is a baker and very opposite of Colt, but he doesn't give up..he's just Unbelievable!
This is the fourth book in the Kavanaugh Brothers, but can most definitely be read as a standalone. How do I know this? I haven't read the other three books.....but I am definitely going to now!!!
This book drew me in from the very first page. I wanted to know more about Caroline, the protestor, and Colt, the CEO. Their inital meeting, with Caroline cuffed to a fence and Colt imagining every possible sexual thing he could do to her in that position had me hooked. What a way to meet a potential lover and friend - brilliant.
Caroline, according to her friend Hannah, has always had a thing for men like Christian Grey - but will Colt be her Christian or will he be the man to destroy all of her dreams? Caroline runs a Bakery, that is under the threat of being demolished and replaced by a new resort. The man who is going to bulid that resort is Colton Kavanaugh, CEO of Kavanaugh Investors - he's the enemy, but he's also the man that has the capabilty of fulfilling all of her sexul fantasies.
What ensues, after their initial meeting, is a story full of misadventures, plane crashes, broken hearts, embarrassing family members and sex scenes that will burn the pages of your book.
I loved this book from beginning to end. Callie's style of writing is easy to read and flows beautifully. Her HOT sex scenes between Caroline and Colt will have you running to the closet for another pair of panties - they are superb. Fiji - oh how I would love to be stranded there with Colt!!! WOW!!!
This is a definite FIVE STAR read.
Now I must go and get those other books - need more of the Kavanaugh Brothers!!!!
